Paul, a founding member and Chairman of LDR Capital, brings over 50 years of business experience, overseeing a diverse global investment portfolio in commercial property, Australian listed REITs, private debt and equity. As a pioneering leader in the Australian food industry, he orchestrated the $1.45 billion sale of Primo Smallgoods to JBS. Currently, Paul controls the Consolidated Real Foods Group, specializing in manufacturing, value-added processing, and foodservice distribution. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman and co-owner of the Western Sydney Wanderers Football Club.

Steven, boasts over 30 years of experience in the property sector, encompassing the construction of retail shopping centers, factories, and office buildings. His longstanding collaboration with the Lederer Group since 1994 reflects his deep industry involvement. Armed with a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in valuations, Steve brings valuable expertise to the committee, contributing to informed decision-making in the realm of property investments.

Stephen is a founding member of LDR Capital and runs the Lederer Family Office and its global investment platform. He has more than 35 years’ experience in enterprise development, working with Australian entrepreneurs to commercialise and monetise their businesses. He specialises in investment innovation, portfolio management, law, finance, structuring, and governance. With Bachelors of Law and Commerce from the University of Queensland, and through his leadership roles in major professional service firms and wealth managers, Stephen has helped guide and develop a generation of Australia’s professional services leaders.

Myles, a founding member and Executive Director at LDR Capital, is a real estate investment professional with over 14 years' experience in acquisitions, capital raising, and funds management. His career spans senior leadership roles in institutional investment, where he contributed to significant portfolio growth and fund establishment across core property sectors. Skilled in investment origination & strategy, Myles has a strong track record of identifying market inefficiencies and structuring investor-aligned outcomes. Myles has previously worked in commercial brokerage with leading real estate services firms and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University.

Ryan was previously a Managing Director at Moelis Australia where he had considerable experience working with real estate funds management platforms, REITS and private equity. Prior to that, Ryan was an Officer in the Australian Regular Army. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business (with distinction) from the University of Technology, Sydney
